Microbiome Research Reports Indexed in Open Access Journal Index (OAJ)
We are pleased to announce that Microbiome Research Reports has been officially indexed in Open Access Journal Index (OAJ). This recognition represents an important step in MRR's development, reflecting our commitment to academic excellence and the global dissemination of high-quality open access research in microbiome science.
What is OAJ?
Open Access Journal Index (OAJ) is an academic service platform developed by the Joint Laboratory for Open Access Resource Evaluation, a collaborative initiative between the National Science Library, Chinese Academy of Sciences (NSLC), and China Educational Publications Import & Export Corporation (CEPIEC).
Rooted in China's open science practices and aligned with international scholarly evaluation criteria, OAJ adopts a comprehensive assessment framework combining expert peer review with data analytics. The evaluation encompasses multiple dimensions, including academic quality, publishing standards, open access policies, research integrity, and societal impact. OAJ aims to identify and showcase high-quality, fully open access journals across all disciplines worldwide, fostering transparency and trust in global scholarly communication.
MRR's inclusion in OAJ underscores our dedication to maintaining rigorous publishing standards while promoting the open-access movement. Moving forward, we will continue to provide a high-quality platform for cutting-edge microbiome research and strive to contribute to the advancement of the field.
